Free Shipping Eligibility

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold.

• Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totalling over $500 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

 

Standard Shipping Rates (Orders Below $500)

For orders below the $500 USD free shipping threshold, the following flat-rate shipping charges apply, all priced in USD:

 For all other countries not listed above, shipping will be charged according to standard carrier rates calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

International Shipping Policy: USA & Canada

We are committed to providing a transparent and clear shipping process for our international customers in the United States and Canada. Due to recent changes in U.S. and Canadian import regulations, new tariffs, duties, and taxes may apply to your order. The de minimis exemption ($800) for duty-free imports into the United States has been removed.

1. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees

All international shipments, including those to the USA and Canada, may be subject to various import fees.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY (Delivered At Place—DAP)

All international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). This means the recipient (the customer) is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, taxes (including but not limited to GST, HST, PST, and new tariffs/surtaxes), and any applicable brokerage or handling fees charged by the shipping carrier or customs agent at the time of delivery. This is done before the package is released from customs.

• Your order total at checkout only includes the cost of the merchandise and the shipping fee. It does NOT include any import duties, customs, or taxes.
• These charges are imposed by the customs authority of your country (U.S. Customs and Border Protection or Canada Border Services Agency) and are not collected by Vanya.PK.
• The carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, Skynet) will contact you directly to collect these fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, the package may be considered abandoned, and you will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
